In Ukraine, where winter temperatures frequently fall below freezing, GSL ENERGY successfully deployed a 160kW / 418kWh liquid-cooled battery energy storage system (ESS) designed for stable performance in low-temperature environments.

In this project, the inverter was installed indoors while the liquid-cooled battery cabinet was installed outdoors, fully exposed to cold weather. Despite sub-zero ambient temperatures, the system has continued to operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, demonstrating the strength of GSL ENERGY’s liquid-cooled energy storage technology.
